01 — Who it's for

Companies that build or deploy AI systems in the EU, and suppliers whose enterprise clients ask for an AI inventory.

03 — Process & timeline

  1. Discovery: goals, users, data, constraints.
  2. Design: flows, architecture, a clickable plan.
  3. Build in slices: a working slice you can click is usually two weeks from a clear brief. Full products take longer, and we still ship weekly so you see the product, not a status report.
  4. Test & launch: CI/CD, monitoring, store releases where relevant.
  5. Operate & support: Docker, AWS, PostgreSQL, monitoring. Shipping without a way to keep it running is not a delivery.

05 — Security & compliance

  • GDPR-aware delivery; EU-based company (Timișoara, Romania) with an office in London.
  • You own the code: repos, keys and cloud stay in your account.
  • NDAs on request.
  • For sensitive or government programmes: Mihai holds a NATO SECRET clearance issued by ORNISS, valid through May 2030. We state the clearance, not the work.

Do you give legal advice?
No. We provide technical implementation and documentation. Compliance decisions should be confirmed by qualified legal counsel.

When do the rules apply?
The AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) entered into force on 1 August 2024. Prohibitions and AI literacy obligations apply from 2 February 2025, general-purpose AI rules from 2 August 2025, and most remaining rules, including Article 50 transparency, are scheduled to apply from 2 August 2026. Pending EU proposals may change some deadlines, so check the current timeline with your legal counsel.

Can you guarantee compliance?
No one can honestly guarantee that through software alone. We help you implement and document the technical measures.
