01 — MTZ ITP: vehicle inspection station, Timișoara
- Built: website with online booking, an ITP manager (booking calendar and CRM), OCR on vehicle documents, WhatsApp / SMS automation and client notifications.
- Capacity: 20 bookings a day, about 120 a week (~520 a month).

02 — Northline: last-mile operations platform
- Client: a UK last-mile logistics operator.
- Built: one platform for the whole driver lifecycle: recruitment and onboarding, compliance, scheduling, fleet and garage, finance and incentives, AI invoice extraction, an internal messenger and an iOS & Android driver app; plus a modernisation to a new Java / React platform.

03 — EMSA Timișoara: digital operations platform
- Client: the Timișoara branch of the European Medical Students' Association (200+ members).
- Built: electronically signed volunteer contracts with payment and PDF, Stripe payments for 5 flows, an admin dashboard, role-based security and automated bilingual emails (Next.js, Supabase).

04 — Event platforms: TEDxAristide Demetriade & TEDxUMFT
- Built: event sites with Stripe ticketing and checkout, automated emails and check-in for two independently organised TEDx events in Timișoara. 450+ tickets sold through the platform.

05 — Enterprise engineering experience
- Mercedes-Benz: service-centre platform across Europe (contracts, warranties, workshop ops; Java, Spring, React).
- Siemens Energy: industrial IoT for power plants (telemetry, alarms, MQTT / OPC UA; Java, Spring, Kafka).
- Telekom Romania: enterprise software delivery.
- NATO SECRET clearance (ORNISS, valid through May 2030): we state the clearance, not the work.

- Vet Option Timișoara (clinica-veterinara-timisoara.ro): website for a veterinary clinic with 24/7 on-call emergencies, advanced surgery, intensive care, orthopaedics and neurosurgery for dogs and cats.
