MTZ ITP: one system for an inspection station's bookings, records and reminders
For a periodic vehicle inspection (ITP) station in Timișoara, Malvixia built the full stack: website with online booking, an ITP manager with calendar and CRM, OCR on vehicle documents, and WhatsApp / SMS automation.
01 — The client
MTZ ITP is a periodic vehicle inspection (ITP) station in Timișoara, offering ITP, bodywork checks, diagnostics and vehicle history checks.
02 — The problem
An inspection station has to handle bookings, customer and vehicle records and expiry reminders. That usually means phone calls, paper and manual data entry.
03 — What we built
- Public website at mtz-itp.ro with services, contact and online booking.
- ITP manager: booking calendar and CRM for customers and vehicles.
- OCR that reads vehicle documents and records the data automatically.
- WhatsApp and SMS automation.
- Client notifications: booking confirmations and reminders.
04 — Capacity
The booking system runs 08:00–18:00 in 30-minute slots, Monday to Saturday: a capacity of 20 bookings a day, about 120 a week (~520 a month). These are capacity figures, not actual booking volumes.
